The Regional Hospital of Bellinzona and Valleys is a public multi-specialty hospital with modern infrastructure and state-of-the-art medical technology. Located in the capital of Canton Ticino, the Regional Hospital of Bellinzona and Valleys is part of the healthcare network between the Regional Hospital of Bellinzona and the hospitals of Faido and Acquarossa that was established in 2000. The hospital is responsible for providing the Bellinzona and Valleys district with basic hospital care and a range of specialized services with a regional and cantonal dimension. The health services offered are complementary to those provided by the other institutions that make up the multisite EOC hospital, thus ensuring one of the hallmarks of the Cantonal Hospital Authority: a multidisciplinary approach and uniform patient care. The Regional Hospital of Bellinzona and Valleys is thus, like all the other health facilities that make up the multisite hospital EOC, a point of access not only to the individual institute but to the entire EOC hospital structure and the specialties offered.
