BOUCHERIE DE CAMPAGNE GEORGES MARTIN & FILS
Sale direct from the producer
Our country butchery operation is a closed circuit operation with its own slaughterhouse, cutting and fabrication laboratories, cold rooms, smokehouse and store reserved for private customers. We don't supply any retailers or restaurants.
We can offer you beef, broutard, pork, lamb and poultry such as turkey, chicken, hen and coq (coq au vin).
Our specialities: sausages, cabbage sausages, Vaud roast sausages, salamis, veal sausages, cervelas, schüblings, wienerli, chipolatas, merguez, fine charcuterie and cured meats, cooked ham and ham nuts, ham bacon and smoked bacon.
All these products are sold on site and handcrafted on the farm according to ancestral recipes.
The butchered livestock comes from our own farm or from local farmers. Slaughtering, preparation and manufacturing are carried out exclusively on our farm.
We use no food additives or flavor enhancers, only natural spices, according to the basic recipe.
To enable us to organize orders and to ensure impeccable quality, we thank you for placing orders 2 to 3 days in advance, during opening hours.
