Disappointing experience – wouldn’t recommend

I went for a cleaning with the female dentist (not the main one). She speaks mostly French and only a bit of German, but the issue wasn’t communication – it was the treatment. Despite telling her I have sensitive teeth, she roughly scraped every tooth near the gums, causing heavy bleeding. I was in pain for three days and could only eat yogurt.
