I bring a broken watch and ask for repair. They tell me it has two be sent to the watchmaker to get an estimation. The estimation is higher than the price of the watch. I go to get my broken watch back they charge me 40.- of « fees ». In addition no transparency it what I would have to pay, no explanation of the fees, not friendly at all.
