Extremely slow to bring food
It was far from busy in the tea room and while the waitress took my order and brought the coffee quickly, I had to wait nearly 40 minutes for a toasted sandwich. After waiting for 30 minutes I went in and asked and got told "it was on the way". 10 minutes later, just as I was about to tell them to forget it leave it arrived without any apology at all! They may have forgotten to place the order with the kitchen, as can happen, but it was the lack of any apology that bothered me. At least they could have offered me another coffee while they then cooked it
