Therapieprinzip:

Die Podotherapie versucht Schmerzen, die aufgrund einer ungünstiger biomechanischen Körperhaltung ausgelöst werden (beispielsweise falsche Fussstellung, Arbeitshaltung oder Beinlängenunterschiede), zu beheben. Wenn Muskeln oder Muskelgruppen zueinander im Ungleichgewicht stehen, wird unbewusst die Körperhaltung verändert. Gelenke und Wirbelsäule werden unterschiedlich belastet, was unerklärbare Schmerzen und andere Störungen in den Knien, Hüfte oder Rücken hervorrufen kann.
