Worst experience I have ever had, does not reflect at all swiss administrative efficiency. They sometimes do not answer the phone for a whole week, they lost our official documentation several times so we had to start again the whole process (i.e for subletting process or change of flatmate), they got hacked once and so they never followed up on our e-mails for about 2 months, and we only found out once we chased them on the phone that they never read our emails and asked us to send everything by post. The person in charge of our dossier has probably changed 3 or 4 times in the past year so it's very hard for them to keep track of our requests. They take weeks to sign a document, they once sent a warning to the apartment because they claimed that we had not paid the rent, when the truth is they had forgotten to let us know that they had changed bank account details. They are terrible, do not ever sign a contract with them. 

Worst Agency I have ever worked with

La pire des agences que je connaisse. Mais disponible, ils passent leur temps à fuir. La personne qui s'occupe de votre dossier est inexistante. Gagne du temps pour créer du contentieux et générer des frais injustifiés pour s'enrichir un peu plus. Bref de l'incompétence à tous les niveaux !!
