The Fryberghof is your contact for fairly and sustainably produced fish. In our fish farm in Hätzingen (Glarus South) rainbow trout, char and golden trout are bred and sold from the farm. The fish are caught the day before delivery/collection and processed in our fish butchery on site in accordance with the legal requirements of animal welfare and food production. Sustainable and local. The fish farm obtains its electricity from the nearby hydroelectric power plant on the site and the water quality of the groundwater ensures that the fish meat is firm, uncontaminated and tasty.
