Yoga classes in La Chaux-de-Fonds, Yoga Chandra, have their roots in the Indian tradition of Sri T. Krishnamacharya which were taught to me by Serge Aubry.

It was following his research work on Ayurveda with its 3 doshas (Vata-Pitta-Kapha) that I was able to enrich my yoga practice so as to adapt it to each student's typology.

Chemining towards self-knowledge, while respecting our limits, and "letting ourselves slide into the opening of the heart through the wisdom of the body
