Miserabler Kundenservice

Auf Email wird entweder nicht oder nach mehr als 1 Woche reagiert. Wie ws aussieht hat es diese Firma nicht nötig Kunden zu behalten.

Raccroche quand on demande de parler en français -

Pour commencer il y a un nombre incalculable de questions tels que "pour une nouvelle commande tapez le 1, pour des questions générales tapez le 2 etc. J'ai dû constater que cette entreprise ne répond que si on indique de vouloir passer une nouvelle commande. Sinon, personne prend le téléphone. Puis j'ai demandé de parler en français, mais la personne, sans dire pourquoi a tout simplement raccroché. J'ai téléphoné une 2e fois avec le même résultat. Conclusion: je ne ferais aucun voyage avec MSC.
