Keine 30 min. nach der telefonischen Schadenmeldung bei Allianz Suisse hat die Firma Matkovic Kontakt mit mir aufgenommen, um einen Termin zu vereinbaren! Besprechung/Besichtigung erfolgen noch am gleichen Tag, ebenso mündlicher Kostenvorschlag und Terminabsprache. Am folgenden Tag war die Sache mit der Versicherung bereits besprochen und das ok zur Reparatur gegeben. Die Reparatur erfolgte sehr professionell und zuverlässig innerhalb der vereinbarten Zeit. Ich bin in allen Belangen sehr zufrieden; insbesondere ist auch die Kundenfreundlichkeit von der gesamten Crew TOP! Ich kann diese Firma bestens empfehlen.
