Very kind customer service, and brilliant work!

I called from Australia for a delivery in the outskirts of Lugano, Switzerland. This was important for me as my aunt was mourning a close loss. I am guessing that Mr Gaberell himself answered the call. We communicated very easily in French as I cannot speak Italian. He understood the request straight away. The delivery was prompt and the flower arrangement was perfectly what I imagined, gauging from the photos I received from my aunt. Many thanks for helping me making a difference in her life at this important moment :)
