I offer personalised, one-on-one, private pilates classes for you and your body on the Reformer, Cadillac or Chair. I train everyone from athletes to those suffering from injuries and chronic pain, as well as those who want to age gracefully. My clients improve their core strength, flexibility, posture and release tension, all while toning their entire body. I teach STOTT PILATES, a contemporary approach to the original method pioneered by the late Joseph Pilates. Developed by a team of physical therapists, sports medicine and fitness professionals, which incorporates modern principles of exercise science and spinal rehabilitation.
