Angry customer / Attention! non-respect délai de Livraison!
Faithful Sony customer, long-standing one, we ordered a TV last Wednesday ( 5 may 21). Website and order system inform you of a delivery in 2 to 3 days by post. Today, more than a week after we did not receive yet and no date for delivery with no tracking system number. We called the center several times, unuseful answer advising you to cancel the order if not happy! Too bad impact and reputation for SONY brand! as we trusted SONY we ordered directly while other serious website was proposing the same TV for the same price in 2 days delivery. Already paid for nothing, Thanks! I call the Director of Sony Center to promptly clarify the situation! Client fidèle et de longue date de SONY, nous avons volontairement choisi centre Sony pour commander une TV. Choix conscientisé par l'information marquée sur ce site d'une livraison en 2 à 3 jours. Notre paiement fait 5 mai 2021 mais à ce jour toujours rien! Déçue des réponses faites par le centre qui n'apporte pas de perspective de livraison!
