Heating system conversion from oil to air-to-water heat pump.

There are also high-temperature air-to-water heat pumps up to 75°C. These can be used to heat practically all houses without any loss of comfort or increase in the heating area. However, high-temperature heat pumps are not particularly efficient. Such machines are available for indoor and outdoor installation.
In principle, however, you should first check the thermal insulation and windows for improvements and only then decide on the heating system.
