1946 to 2026: 80th Anniversary

As early as 1946, Wilhelm von Känel-Aellig was already carrying out wood construction work. His son, Wilhelm von Känel-Marmet, took over the location on Neuweg (Gassi 2) and handled wood construction and planning. Occasionally, masonry work was also performed.

Today, the business is run by the third generation, son Jakob von Känel.

The business has evolved over time. Today, Jakob von Känel employs five trained professionals.

Our strengths lie in excavator and walking excavator work, such as slope stabilization, trenching, excavation, and stream stabilization. We are also your reliable partner for transportation, masonry work, and snow removal in the winter.
