Against rust and dirt

With passion, we find the right way to enhance and protect various indoor and outdoor surfaces. For industrial or private customers.

Wet painting

This technique can be used to coat almost all substrate materials. It is just as suitable for small washers as it is for large door frames. The spraying process enables effects such as surface structures, variations in color tones, and mica.

Powder coating

 The following materials can be coated: steel, aluminum, cast iron, and galvanized steel

Powder coating is a coating process in which an electrically conductive active ingredient is coated with powder. The powder is then baked in an oven at a high temperature. For outdoor use, we still recommend an additional primer. As things stand today, we can fulfill almost any color request.

Sandblasting / dust blasting

This surface treatment process is mainly used to remove contaminants, rust, dirt, and paint residues. The parts are then optimally prepared for coating for protection or visual enhancement.

Spray galvanizing

In spray galvanizing, a filler wire is melted in an electric arc and sprayed onto the surface of the components by an atomizer. This process serves as additional corrosion protection.

Cabin dimensions: W – 3 m / L – 8 m / H – 2.50 m

Chemical pretreatment

First process layer to achieve a high-quality powder coating. The surfaces are professionally prepared using this process. The paint adheres better and corrosion protection is increased.
