Against rust and dirt

We are passionate about finding the right way to enhance and protect various interior and exterior surfaces. For industrial or private customers.

Wet coating

Almost all substrate materials can be coated using this technique. It is just as suitable for small washers as it is for large door frames. The spraying process enables effects such as surface textures, variations in color tones and mica.

Powder coating

 Can be coated: Steel, aluminium, cast iron and galvanized steel

Powder coating is a coating process in which an electrically conductive substance is coated with powder. The powder is then baked in an oven at a high temperature. For outdoor use, we always recommend an additional primer. As of today, we can meet almost any color request.

Sandblasting / dust blasting

  This surface treatment process is mainly used to remove impurities, rust, dirt and paint residues. The parts are then optimally prepared for coating for protection or for visual enhancement.

Spray galvanizing

In spray galvanizing, a filler wire is melted in an electric arc and projected onto the surface of the components by an atomizer. This process serves as additional corrosion protection.

Chemical pre-treatment

First process layer to achieve a high-quality powder coating. The surfaces are professionally prepared in this process. The paint adheres better and corrosion protection is increased.
