Ich hatte das Zimmer im September 22 für Februar 23 gebucht. Im Januar wurde mir der Betrag auf der Kreditkarte belastet obwohl es hiess, dass wir Bar bezahlen können. Anfangs Februar wurde mir das Zimmer dann wegen Überbuchung storniert. Das Geld habe ich bis heute (04.01.2024) noch nicht erhalten.
