• Spontaneous hairdresser visits without prior appointment are possible again. We will of course ensure the necessary safety distance in the waiting area.
• In order to make the middle service chair available again, we will install Plexiglas on the ceiling between the outer service chairs. This will continue to ensure protection between customers

• In the waiting area, we must maintain a distance of 2 meters between the chairs. If all chairs are already occupied, we ask you to wait in front of the store. If there are several people waiting, please report to our staff

• We ask you to disinfect your hands thoroughly before entering. Disinfectant is available at the entrance area.
• For your and our protection, we will wear protective masks in the future. If possible, please bring your own protective mask, as it is difficult to obtain masks at the moment. If you are unable to obtain a protective mask, we will be happy to help you out.
We wear gloves while we are serving you. Our work equipment (e.g. scissors, combs, hair clippers) is constantly sterilized and the work chair and work surfaces are constantly cleaned/disinfected.
• We will put a disposable cape on you at the beginning, which will be disposed of after use.
• We ask for your understanding that no magazines or newspapers are currently available in the waiting area for hygiene reasons.
• Unfortunately, we are currently unable to greet you with a handshake - but you are of course still very welcome!
