The SRC Canton Aargau is the Red Cross for the people of Aargau. With our services in the areas of relief, social integration and education, we are committed to helping disadvantaged people in our canton.

We are committed

as volunteers, honorary staff and employees of the Swiss Red Cross Canton of Aargau for the people in our canton who are in need or dependent on help.

We are part

of the Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement. We adhere to the seven Red Cross principles. Humanity, impartiality and volunteering are at the heart of our daily work.

We help

where help is needed. We want to close gaps, build bridges and open up new paths. We are particularly concerned about disabled, elderly and lonely people, disadvantaged families and family caregivers.

We promote

health and social integration and thus prevent the need for assistance. We offer our services in all regions of our canton.

We take care

to the funds entrusted to us by our donors, the municipalities, the canton and the federal government. We use these funds in a targeted manner according to economic and social criteria

We are open

for each other. We treat each other with respect and trust. We are reliable partners. We provide active and factual information about our activities. We are aware of social changes and act with foresight
