The Program Tandem is a mentoring program for unemployed people aged 40 and over who are looking for a job and would like to take advantage of the active support of volunteers.

benevol Aargau was founded in 2009 as an association and today has around 150 members. We are committed to providing good framework conditions, recognition and further training for volunteers and support organizations in their search for volunteers, with advice, further training and other valuable services. Our members are committed to complying with the benevol standards.

Under the umbrella of benevol Aargau, the Volunteer Program Tandem Mentor:innen supports jobseekers over 40 and helps them return to the job market.
