The "Mercato" is an interesting marketplace for many and many things - a wide variety of people and life stories come together here: Guests who want to enjoy an exquisite Mediterranean meal or a legendary wood-fired pizza with us, customers of the store who want to buy homemade pasta or enrich their wine cellar with one of our excellent wines. At the same time, our foundation aims to create a working environment for apprentices in which they can continue to develop and regain a foothold in the world of work after difficult phases in their lives. We offer apprenticeships and work placements for people after periods of therapy, psychosocial crises or prolonged unemployment. Migrants who need a career start enrich and complement the team of apprentices.
