Less is sometimes more. This old adage also applies in the bakery. In order to be able to delight you daily with oven-fresh, high-quality breads and baked goods, we focus on a few breads and baked goods that are produced artisanally and according to traditional recipes: Ruchbrot, St. Gallerbrot, rye bread, graham bread, sourdough bread and butter plaits. We also select the raw products with care. The wheat flour, for example, has been sourced from a quality mill in Fraubrunnen for decades.
