Regular cleaning of the combustion system makes sense in terms of fire prevention, energy saving and environmental protection. This is why the cantonal fire police specify cleaning intervals and thus oblige every operator to have their system maintained accordingly.

 

Fireplace inspection

Clean and economical combustion systems make a significant contribution to keeping the air clean and thus to preserving our health. This is why the Clean Air Ordinance (LRV) requires regular inspections of oil or gas heating systems. In addition, a well-maintained system brings considerable savings in heating costs.

From 1.1.2010, wood-burning appliances must be inspected in accordance with the Clean Air Ordinance.
