ABOUT

Philosophy

Purple Mask Plastics is an internal department of Purple Mask, based in Switzerland. This department is internationally active in the purchase and sale of thermoplastic raw materials in various quality grades and offers additional services related to this activity.

 

TERMS

1. The following list is a selection of available products and is updated daily.

2. The products listed are always offered subject to prior sale, subject to our own delivery and subject to final confirmation.

3. Unless otherwise stated, offers are always ex works, European warehouse, delivery terms FCA, latest Incoterms edition.

4. Unless otherwise agreed, payment terms are always prepayment or I/C letter of credit. The sales confirmation is issued after physical receipt and acceptance of the prepayment or LC.

5. All offers are *spot*; there is no replacement guarantee for a sold item.

6. No quality defects will be accepted for products with descriptions such as non-standard, off-grade, off-spec, remnants/remaining stock, leftovers/slow-moving items, regrind/ground material, unground/unground. The buyer is obliged to inspect the material themselves within 5 days of receipt of the delivery in order to determine the application of the product.

7. The General Terms and Conditions are an integral part of the sales contract and are deemed to have been accepted by the buyer when a purchase contract is drawn up.
