About us

Philosophy

Purple Mask Plastics is an internal division of Purple Mask, based in Switzerland. This department is internationally active in the purchase and sale of thermoplastic raw materials in various quality grades and offers additional services related to this activity.

CONDITIONS

1. the following list is a selection of available products and is updated daily

2. the products listed are always on offer, subject to prior sale, subject to self-delivery and subject to final confirmation.

3. unless otherwise stated, the offers are always ex works, European warehouse, delivery condition FCA, latest Incoterms edition.

4. Unless otherwise agreed, the terms of payment are always with prepayment or with I/C letter of credit. The sales confirmation will be issued after physical receipt  and acceptance of the advance payment or LC.

5. all offers are understood to be *spot* , there is no replacement guarantee for a sold item.

6. for products with description, non standard, offgrade, offspec, restlots, leftovers, regrind, ungrid, no quality defects will be recognized. The buyer is obliged to inspect the material himself within 5 days of receipt of the delivery to determine the use of the product.

7. GTC are an integral part of the sales contract and are deemed to be accepted by the buyer when a purchase contract is drawn up.
