Refurbishment makes sense Are you planning a sustainable investment in your property? Do you want to benefit from subsidies? Do you want to benefit from low energy costs in the long term? Do you want to increase the market value of your property? The buildings program The buildings program supports the energy-efficient renovation of buildings throughout Switzerland. The refurbishment of individual building components is also subsidized. However, the funding amount must be at least CHF 3000. In addition, there are cantonal funding programs for complete renovations, energy-efficient new buildings, renewable energies, waste heat recovery and building services.
