The consulting activity of our firm touches the different fields of architecture, urban planning, territorial, environmental, economic-financial and management planning serving clients or public and private entities. Particular attention is paid to the principle of interdisciplinarity in the design and execution of mandates, aiming to make an effective contribution to the qualitative improvement of living and use spaces for people, the environment and the landscape.

STUDIO

Aside from the implementation of the various planning instruments required by law, with the package of services offered we aim at qualitatively improving the decision-making bases (general or sectoral) on which a public, para-public or private entity bases its development strategies, as well as its choices of punctual intervention.

The SUDIOHABITAT.CH SA is the result of the confluence of activities between the Mina&Partners SA (whose founder in 1961 was arch. Enea Mina, who later became co-owner in 2001 flanked by arch. Francesca Pedrina) and the planning firm Publiplan SA (founded in 1989 by Fabio Pedrina and arch. Claudio Pellegrini, who had brought together the planning activities he had carried out since 1966 up to that point).

Depending on specific project needs, specialists in the individual private firms are therefore involved in carrying out the various project tasks.
