The day school is part of the Chinderhus Alchenflüh and is located in a two-family house. The children help with the daily chores, e.g. tidying up, setting the table and washing up, which promotes a sense of togetherness among the children and the different age groups. They are accompanied on their way to school and offered support with their homework. In addition, lunch is offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays in the "Green Schoolhouse". This is located a few minutes' walk away on the school grounds.

Our services

Early care

Children are looked after from 7.00 a.m. until the start of lessons.

Lunch care

The meals are balanced, healthy and child-friendly. The children help with setting the table, clearing and washing up. After lunch, the children can play, exercise or rest indoors or outdoors.

Afternoon after school

A small snack gives them enough energy to do their homework afterwards under supervision. Playful recreation and encouragement of the children are also on the program in this module.

Free afternoons

In addition to homework supervision, exercise, games and much more are on the program.

A minimum number of children is required for a module to take place.

Holiday care at the day school

The Alchenflüh day school is also happy to look after your day school children during the school vacations.
