Prof. Dr. Niklaus Ruckstuhl

Prof. Dr. Niklaus Ruckstuhl is a partner and works primarily in criminal law and criminal procedure law. He defends and supports private individuals at all stages of criminal proceedings and also advises companies and institutions on criminal law issues and drafts expert opinions on selected matters. Prof. Ruckstuhl is a titular professor of criminal procedure law at the University of Basel and a judge at the Cantonal Court of Basel-Landschaft.

Annalisa Landi

Annalisa Landi is a partner and has been working in the same law firm since 1995, today mainly in the area of civil law, in particular matrimonial and cohabitation law, child and adult protection law, child law, partnership law, divorce law. Annalisa Landi also offers mediation in family law. Annalisa Landi is an SAV family law specialist and SAV mediator.

Gabriel Giess

Gabriel Giess is a partner and works primarily in criminal and criminal procedure law. Wicky Tzikas

Wicky Tzikas was admitted to the bar in 2015 after studying law at the University of Basel-Stadt and gaining various professional experiences. Since then, she has been working as a lawyer and primarily advises and litigates in family law matters. She also litigates in criminal law as well as employment and tenancy law.

Nico Baumgartner

Nico Baumgartner was admitted to the bar in 2011 and then worked for ten years as an associate lawyer in law firms in the canton of Basellandschaft until he joined our law firm as a partner in 2022. He has also been a part-time judge at the Basel-Stadt Civil Court since 2016. He supports and represents companies and private individuals in an advisory and litigation capacity, primarily in contract law - from the drafting and review of contractual bases, negotiations and out-of-court dispute settlements to the judicial enforcement of claims arising from contracts or in the event of breaches of contract. He also advises and litigates in employment law disputes and administrative measures in road traffic law.

Helena Meyer

Helena Meyer works as a lawyer in our law firm. She is admitted to practice before all Swiss courts. She advises and litigates primarily in the areas of family law, victim assistance law and criminal law. She also works as a legal advisor for the tenants' association of Baselland / Dorneck-Thierstein and represents and advises tenants as part of her legal practice.
