After working in the service sector for many years, I was asked to question my life due to physical and mental complaints. A long, sometimes arduous, sometimes liberating journey began. With the realization that body, mind and soul form a unity and that no area should be neglected. I would like to share these life experiences and the knowledge that I was able to acquire during my training as a naturopath with you. Additional training and further education in the fields of nutrition, manual therapies, psychology and energetic therapies enable me to work holistically.
