At our veterinary practice, we offer basic care for small animals, as well as special examinations, operations, and more.

Animal treatments in the small animal practice

We offer a wide range of veterinary treatments at our practice. We are happy to advise you on what is best for your small animal and also help you with difficult decisions. Please do not hesitate to call us.

Basic care

Our practice offers a wide range of basic care, from "A" for "eye examination" to "Z" for "tartar removal." In addition, we perform special examinations and operations ourselves and maintain close contact with experienced specialists.

Our career has familiarized us with the entire spectrum of modern small animal medicine. We are happy to explain clinical pictures to you and help you find the best possible solution for your animal. The quality of life of the animal is always at the center of our actions. We will also tell you openly and honestly if this can no longer be guaranteed, and we will accompany you in difficult situations.

The health and well-being of your animals are our central concern. This includes providing optimal advice and responding to your wishes and questions.

Laboratory

Many diseases and their causes can be identified through further laboratory tests.

We are equipped to analyze blood, urine, feces, and fine needle aspiration tissue samples, so that we can obtain results in the shortest possible time in an emergency.

X-rays

X-rays are indispensable for diagnosing bone fractures, joint problems, and diseases of the internal organs.

Our modern digital X-ray machine allows us to produce high-quality images with low radiation exposure.

Ultrasound

As a supplementary examination to X-rays, ultrasound examinations provide insight into the internal organs.

Samples can also be taken under ultrasound guidance, which can be very important for making a definitive diagnosis.

Endoscopy

Endoscopy allows us to look inside the body using a mirror camera. Rigid endoscopes can be used to examine the ear canals, nasal passages, or even the bladder, and to take samples.

Flexible endoscopes can be used to examine the gastrointestinal tract or nasopharynx, take samples, and remove foreign bodies.

Training as a veterinary practice assistant

Training as a veterinary practice assistant (TPA) takes place as part of a three-year apprenticeship.

The apprenticeship position for August 2024 is still available.
