Animal treatments in the small animal practice 

We offer a wide range of veterinary treatments at our practice. We will be happy to advise you on what is best for your small animal and help you with difficult decisions. Do not hesitate to give us a call.

Basic care

We offer a wide range of basic care in our practice, from "A" like "eye examination" to "Z" like "tartar removal". We also carry out specialist examinations and operations ourselves and maintain close contact with experienced specialists.

Our career has familiarized us with the entire spectrum of modern small animal medicine. We are happy to explain clinical pictures to you and help you find the best possible treatment for your pet. The quality of life of the animal is always at the center of our actions. We will also tell you openly and honestly if this can no longer be guaranteed, and we will also support you in difficult situations.

The health and welfare of your animals is our central concern. This includes providing the best possible advice and responding to your wishes and questions.

Laboratory

Many diseases or their causes can be identified through further examinations in the laboratory.

We are equipped to analyze blood, urine, faeces and tissue fine-needle aspiration samples, so that we can obtain results in the shortest possible time in an emergency.

X-ray

X-rays are essential for the diagnosis of bone fractures, joint problems and diseases of the internal organs.

With our modern digital X-ray machine, we are able to produce high-quality images with low radiation exposure.

Ultrasound

As a complementary examination to the X-ray image, it is possible to gain an insight into the internal organs by means of an ultrasound examination.

Samples can also be taken under ultrasound guidance, which can be very important for making a definitive diagnosis.

Endoscopy

In endoscopy, a mirror camera can be used to look inside the body. For example, rigid endoscopes can be used to examine the ear canals, nasal passages or even the urinary bladder and take samples.

Flexible endoscopes can be used, for example, to examine the gastrointestinal tract or nasopharynx, take samples and remove foreign bodies.

Training as a veterinary practice assistant TPA takes place as part of a three-year apprenticeship
