HOCH Health Ostschweiz is a company consisting of the eastern Swiss hospitals Kantonsspital St.Gallen, Spital Wil, Spital Altstätten/Grabs and Spital Linth. In addition, the Ambi Flawil and the Rorschach health center offer local services for individual and needs-based medical care.

At Altstätten Hospital, there is a wide range of internal medicine services, an outpatient operating theatre, various consultation hours and an emergency room (daily from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.) until 2028. Outside of these operating hours, the emergency ward at Grabs Hospital with its integrated emergency practice will take over for emergencies and the Zentrumsspital in St.Gallen will provide highly specialized emergency care.
