Andelfinger Zeitung

We see our mission as informing, stimulating thought and also entertaining. The focus is on the wine country. As a newspaper, we try to track down the relevant topics and events and cover them journalistically. Within the manageable geographical framework of the Weinland, we define the boundaries generously. No matter from which angle, from which corner of the political spectrum, from which sender: in principle, every event has the potential to be covered by us - provided it takes place in the region or could have an effect on the inhabitants from outside.

Independent and fair
The "Andelfinger Zeitung" is independent, but attaches great importance to good cooperation with the municipalities and various local players. We are committed to constructive journalism. As a sign of fairness and for quality assurance, statements that are not made publicly, their context and sometimes longer sections are submitted to the sender for proofreading. As a newspaper, however, we also see it as our task to critically observe events and people. Sometimes it is therefore necessary to weigh up different interests against each other.
