The specialist wool store can look back on a long tradition. It was founded in 1919 in the old town of Arbon by Lydia Auer. After 30 years, she handed it over to Trudi Bötschi, who ran the business for another 40 years. During this time, she trained 26 apprentices, including Sibylla Midea, Regula Tellenbach, two knitters and myself. Mrs. Bötschi was followed by Christina Kästli for 5 years. After the apprenticeship, we gained professional experience in various wool stores. On January 7, 1994 I took over the business. The two tasks on the board of Wolle Schweiz and the Arboner Gewerbeverband give me a lot of pleasure and bring experience with like-minded people.
