• ELECTROSTATIC MOULDING

This process involves negatively polarizing powder paint particles in an electric field. These powder paint particles are then sprayed by a gun  towards the parts to be painted, which are of opposite polarity, using the electrostatic effect. The parts are then baked in an oven at 180°C  to achieve polymerization of the powder.

Advantage:

• Thermolacquering, with its vast choice of colors and appearances (smooth, grained, matte, satin, gloss....), enables every possible finish on aluminum.
• All operations are carried out in our workshop.
• Short lead times thanks to automated production.
• Good weathering color stability (architectural-grade powder).
• Good chemical preparation of the substrate guarantees perfect adhesion over time.
• Environmentally friendly, as all powders used are solvent and lead-free.

• STONE LINE

This former line, where we processed both steel and aluminum, has been renovated. It is now dedicated almost exclusively to steel. Despite this, large aluminum components can also be processed here.
