Shiatsu, a gentle therapy, inspired by Chinese medicine
Shiatsu is a complementary manual therapy of Japanese origin, similar to acupuncture but without needles. It is a form of massage, which balances yin and yang and thus stimulates the body's natural self-regulatory forces. It is based on the meridians known in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). Complementary insurance has recognized Shiatsu as a complementary method since 2015.
