Founded in 1958 by M. Eugène Bonzon and transformed into a limited company in 1999, Bonzon Transports SA is headquartered in Chesières, in the resort of Villars-sur-Ollon.

The company started with two people and today has 22, including 10 drivers, 4 people dealing with administration and 8 people in civil engineering.

Since September 2005, the company has held a transport license and had to have a large hall built to store all its vehicles.
