The basis of my work is the assumption that life is a constant process of change, in which it is important to keep searching for the vitality in everything. We often experience illness as stagnation, as pain and as an obstacle on the way to our goals. The symptom or suffering can also be seen as a signal that points to healing. This is based on the body's ability to heal and regenerate itself.

When it comes to psychological processes in particular, our assessment and our perspective have a significant influence on the processing of painful experiences. Sometimes we can no longer do this alone. Other people can help us to find hope again and to see meaning in difficult life experiences.
