RoRo2000 Fritteusen GmbH is a Swiss company based in Baden (Canton of Aargau) that specializes in the development and production of innovative commercial deep fryers. The new generation RoRo2000 deep fryer does not require a conventional immersion heater, instead using a patented instantaneous water heater, which enables frying without odor emissions, burnt oil, or unnecessarily high electricity costs. It is the only commercial deep fryer that combines all the advantages of gentle and stress-free oil heating in one device. This globally unique concept—without heating elements in the oil, but with instantaneous water heater technology—reduces oil consumption and waste by up to 50% and drastically lowers energy requirements. Intelligent electronics with a standby function automatically switch the device off after 30 minutes of inactivity to save additional electricity. At the same time, the gentle heating of the oil minimizes odor emissions and the fat content of the food. This means that French fries, for example, are less greasy and more digestible. Overall, RoRo2000 stands for efficient, sustainable frying technology in Swiss quality.
In addition to selling its fryers, RoRo2000 also offers a comprehensive service for customers in the catering industry. The scope of services includes:
Personal delivery and commissioning on site: The RoRo2000 team delivers the fryer in person and commissions it together with the kitchen staff (including instruction and initial tasting of the fried products).
Training and advice: The kitchen staff will receive detailed training in the operation, cleaning, and maintenance of the RoRo2000 deep fryer. Questions will be answered so that the customer can use the appliance optimally and achieve the highest return on investment and the fastest amortization.
Follow-up support: About a week after installation, RoRo2000 assists with cleaning the appliance again together with the staff. Any further questions are clarified to ensure smooth operation in the long term.
Maintenance and support are also part of the customer-oriented service concept. In this way, RoRo2000 ensures that every customer can exploit the full potential of the fryer – right from the start and throughout its entire service life.
