We offer a wide range of training options in our fitness center. Fitness machines with state-of-the-art equipment are available for our customers. Thanks to technical advancements, training goals can be set individually and adapted to the personal needs of each individual customer. Our well-trained instructors accompany and motivate our guests to achieve their goals.

Our guests can relax in the wellness area. The Finnish sauna with seating and lounging options offers space for up to ten people. The adjoining relaxation room with comfortable loungers invites you to unwind. Yoga classes round off the offer.

The second floor makes the heart of every fighting fan beat faster. Training equipment suitable for martial arts training is positioned around the striking boxing ring. In addition to boxing, kickboxing, karate and judo, self-defense and women's power courses are also on offer.
