Our fruit ice creams are made from fresh fruit, sourced locally wherever possible. Whenever possible, we use fruit from our own farm. Outside of the season, we use frozen fruit to offer you the best quality all year round.

Milk and cream ice cream with high-quality ingredients

For our milk and cream ice creams, we use only the finest ingredients, such as hazelnuts, vanilla, and chocolate from selected suppliers. The fresh milk and cream come directly from our Holstein cows, ensuring unparalleled creaminess and a natural taste.

Acher Farm: Versatility and commitment

The versatile Acher farm is managed in accordance with the guidelines of the ecological performance certificate and comprises various branches of operation:

• Fodder production: 10 ha

• Dairy farming: 18 cows and young animals

• Arable farming (silage corn): 0.7 ha

• Berry cultivation: 20 acres (strawberries, raspberries, currants)

• Orchard: approx. 70 standard fruit trees (cherries, plums, apples, pears)

• Ice creamproduction: Seetal ice cream

• Event room rental

• Guidedtours: agriculture or ice cream production

• Beekeeping: 10 colonies
