Seetalglace has stood for exquisite indulgence and premium quality for 16 years. Our master confectioner Josef Felber-Tonella passionately creates individual recipes for each of our delicious ice cream flavours.

Fruit ice cream made from fresh fruit

Our fruit ice creams are made from fresh, preferably regional fruit. Whenever possible, we use fruit from our own farm. Out of season, we use frozen fruit in order to offer you the best quality all year round.

Milk and cream ice cream with high-quality ingredients

We only use first-class ingredients such as hazelnuts, vanilla and chocolate from selected suppliers for our milk and cream ice cream. The fresh milk and cream come directly from our Holstein cows, which ensures an incomparable creaminess and natural taste.

Our aim: premium ice cream with a natural flavor

Our aim is to offer you a premium ice cream with a high fruit content and a natural, unadulterated flavor. To achieve this, we have set up a modern production room and a freezer room on our farm that comply with the latest regulations.

Farm Acher: versatility and commitment

The versatile Acher farm is managed according to the guidelines of the ecological performance certificate and comprises various branches of farming:

• Forage farming: 10 ha

• Dairy farming: 18 cows and young animals

• Arable farming (silage maize): 0.7 ha

• Berry cultivation: 20 a (strawberries, raspberries, currants)

• Strew fruit: Approx. 70 standard fruit trees (cherries, plums, plums, apples, pears)

• Glace production: Seetal ice cream

• Rental event room

• Guided tours: Farming or ice cream production

• Beekeeping: 10 colonies
