In line with our philosophy of promoting sustainable fishing, the product ranges are continuously adapted to the WWF guidelines and all fish that are classified as endangered are immediately removed from the range. Customers benefit from an adapted and ecological range that also enables our descendants to enjoy delicious fish.
In the wild-caught fish and aquaculture sector, Dyhrberg relies almost exclusively on MSC/ASC (Marine/Aquaculture Stewardship Council) certified companies and products (e.g. FOS Friend of the Sea). Dyhrberg is IFS-certified on the process side and a recognized Bio-Suisse company (Bud). Various wood-fired oven products are also Kosher certified.Onlineshop
