As real estate appraisers and consultants, we are your neutral, independent, and competent partner for real estate appraisals and consulting. BEWERA AG does not engage in brokerage activities and is therefore not influenced by real estate agencies and their market environment.

Valuation should be our daily work, and our daily work should inspire us. We do not supplement our real estate services with valuations; rather, we make valuation our main activity.

Up-to-date appraiser knowledge, along with a good understanding of the market environment, is an essential foundation for consistent performance. That is why we place great emphasis on training and continuing education. All appraisers come from the construction or finance industry and have studied real estate appraisal or real estate economics at the University of Applied Sciences in St. Gallen or Lucerne. To ensure that we do not become obsolete, periodic further training is mandatory.

This also includes membership of an association, which is essential for an appraiser and which also provides the latest training and information on a regular basis. The appraisers at BEWERA AG are members of the SIV (Swiss Real Estate Appraisers Association).
