Since May 2014, Zumstein has also been represented in Basel with a branch, following the acquisition of Waser Shop. However, the former name Papyrus is better known at Freie Strasse 43. Papyrus, in turn, also brought together the specialists Thiel and Rebetez. This specialist store with five floors, connected by an impressive staircase in Corbusier colors, is considered by connoisseurs to be an architecturally successful building. In addition to stationery and office supplies, there is an extensive selection of writing instruments and a well-stocked art department.
