I’m Michaela, a passionate hairstylist and the founder of Mind Your Hair. My salon is a space where you can simply be yourself. No matter who you are or how you identify – hair is hair, and I believe in gender-neutral pricing for everyone.

What matters most to me is that you feel comfortable and seen. I take my time, listen carefully, and create a look that truly fits you. I work mindfully, sustainably, and with a lot of love for detail.

My Journey

After many years in the hairdressing world, I wanted to create something of my own –
a place where craftsmanship, sustainability, and human connection come together.
That’s how Mind Your Hair was born – my cozy, mindful salon in the heart of Basel, inside the Hairspace at Leonhardsberg 1.
