The Bäckerei Conditorei Catering Bumann bakery is a second-generation family business. It was founded by Wilfreid Bumann. Since 1989, it has been run by his son, Rolf Bumann. He employs 13 qualified and motivated staff who put their heart and soul into their work. The team consists of five bakers, two apprentices, two full-time sales assistants, and four part-time sales assistants. The atmosphere is friendly and open.
Every day, you will find freshly baked products from our own bakery. Our Friday specialties, the butter braid and the Russian braid, are particularly popular with our customers. Not to be forgotten are the Basler Läckerli, which the senior boss makes himself every two weeks. Most of our customers work in the neighborhood, and in the evenings and on weekends, local regulars shop with us, which we are very happy about. Since the beginning, we have wanted to make our customers happy with quality and honest goods at a fair price-performance ratio.
