NETCARE

Save yourself a trip to the doctor: for illnesses and minor injuries, you can get medical advice from us without an appointment and at a reasonable price. Through netCare, we can carry out a teleconsultation with a doctor if necessary.

BLOOD PRESSURE MEASUREMENT

Measuring blood pressure is simple, quick and painless. The pressure in the blood vessels provides an important indication of how well the heart and circulation are working.

BLOOD PRESSURE MEASUREMENT

A blood sugar level that is too high indicates diabetes. Early detection of diabetes protects against health risks.

MEDICINES, RECIPES

We can provide you with any medicine approved in Switzerland and, if required, medicines from abroad in compliance with legal regulations. We also provide individual prescriptions

POLYMEDICATION CHECK (PMC)

The Polymedication Check (PMC) is aimed at patients who have to take at least four different medications prescribed by a doctor and covered by health insurance over a period of at least three months. You will receive intensive advice on your medication and how to take it. The aim is for you as a patient to manage your medication better and thus increase the success of your therapy.

HOME PHARMACY

Would you like to supplement your medicine cabinet? We can advise you and make sure that your medicine cabinet is well stocked and that your medication is stored correctly. We dispose of expired medication

PILLE AFTER

Something can go wrong with contraception. If you can't take the risk of pregnancy, you need to react quickly. We will advise you discreetly and inform you about the morning-after pill, its side effects and other risks associated with unprotected intercourse.

CONTINENCE ADVICE

When urine can no longer be held in and leaks uncontrollably, we speak of urinary incontinence. We provide professional and discreet advice in our consultation room.

We offer various methods for dispensing medication. This ensures that you always take the right medication at the right time of day. We will be happy to discuss with you which dosing system is best for you.

Ear piercing in your pharmacy is safe, hygienic and quick. We have a nice selection of first piercings.

RENTAL

We rent out various medical devices and aids.

SUPPORTS

In order for compression stockings and support stockings to be comfortable to wear, they need to fit perfectly. Whether for weak veins or during pregnancy, whether medical compression stockings, travel stockings or light support stockings: we will advise you and provide you with the ideal stocking to make your legs feel better.

For many years, Hammer Pharmacy has been a reliable partner for retirement and nursing homes as well as doctors' surgeries

We offer various options for the delivery of medicines:

• CLASSIC: We deliver the medication to the home. There they are prepared by your specialist staff

• VARIANT 1: Once a week, we prepare the medication for each patient at our pharmacy and deliver it to the care home
.
• VARIANT 2: Once a week, we deliver the medication to your home and prepare it for the individual patients on site.
• EMERGENCY DELIVERIES are received within one hour.

We have years of experience with Pharmis, Medifilm and Dosette and take care of the renewal of your residents' standing prescriptions. If there are problems with prescriptions, we work with the doctor to find the best solution for the patient.

We will come to your home to measure and fit compression stockings.
