We take care of everything involved in clearing out a property. We clear out apartments and houses completely and leave them swept clean. We only dispose of what really HAS to be disposed of.

Recyclable, saleable goods will be credited and offset against the cost of labor and disposal. This means that if you offer us a clearance job that still contains a lot of items such as furniture, flea market items, linen, clothes, lamps, carpets, pictures, crockery, jewelry, etc., we may be able to offer you the clearance FREE OF CHARGE, or WE will buy the estate for cash.

Disposal/document destruction: Once you place your order, we take care of everything reliably and professionally. Disposal is also carried out professionally, and files and business documents are immediately destroyed separately in a special shredder at a specialist company.

Moving to a retirement home or smaller apartment: We can take care of the move for you and take any furniture and flea market items you have too many of. However, we only offer this service in conjunction with a clearance.

Our goal in restoration is to restore the original appearance and function of the furniture. It should not be forgotten that these are antiques and that time and their previous owners have left their mark.

The furniture is restored in our workshop to a high standard of quality, with outstanding expertise and the necessary respect for each individual piece.
Whether it is classic shellac hand polishing, which is applied in several hundred laborious steps, or varnishing or waxing, we only use very high-quality products, which ultimately produces the best possible result.

When you place an order, the furniture will be picked up from your home and, once the work is complete, delivered back to your home and set up. We will also provide you with the necessary care instructions and products so that you can enjoy your unique piece, now shining in new splendor, for many years to come.
