1990 BAU-TOP was founded as a sole proprietorship in Kloten by Jürg Egger. As a qualified architect FH/STV, federally certified master builder and real estate valuer with a federal certificate, he made his expertise and experience available to clients. As managing director for many years of a broadly diversified construction company and of two renowned general contractors in the Zurich region, he mainly provided services in construction consulting, client representation and project management with cost monitoring in the early years, in some cases with partners. In addition, he carries out commissions for the promotion of undeveloped land and the project planning, planning and realization of conversions and residential buildings.
