I want to offer my customers a feel-good place with expert advice

I believe it is important to cater to the specific needs of each customer. Not everyone can express their ideas about their desired haircut and hair color in the same way. That's why it's important to me to have a detailed consultation with every customer. This is the only way I can get a picture of the person and their wishes and find out where their specific needs lie.

Another important point is flexibility. I offer my customers a long presence time - whether early in the morning or preferably in the evening.

I really appreciate receiving feedback from my clients. It's clear that I'm particularly happy to receive compliments. But I'm also good at dealing with criticism and it's essential for further development and continuous improvement of the service.
